FOOTPRINT TO SUCCESS CLUBHOUSE
Footprint to Success Clubhouse is a place to gain help in rebuilding your life. It is designed as a restorative community for individuals who have become socially and vocationally isolated by mental illness. The Clubhouse offers you the chance to develop self-esteem, self-worth, confidence, and purpose while building foundations to your goals such as employment or education. But, most of all, we offer Hope!
Being a Clubhouse member means that the individual is a critical part of the community and has shared ownership and shared responsibility for Clubhouse success.

Our mission is to empower individuals with mental illness and give them the skills and tools to live successful and productive lives in the community.

Our vision is to create a space that empowers working together and transforming a community into one in which individuals with a mental illness are welcomed, valued and productive members of society.
CLUBHOUSE SNAPSHOT
The Clubhouse operates using Work Units where members can choose to utilize their skills or learn new ones. The Clubhouse offers three work units as part of its Work-Ordered Day:
Membership Unit
This unit is the foundation of our Work Ordered Day. In this unit, staff, working with members, assist in planning our daily schedule, answering phones, and facilitating tours for potential members. Our members prepare a healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks daily. Studies have shown that cooking positively influences socialization, self-esteem, and quality of life.
2. Administrative/ Data Entry/Research
This unit is responsible for the business, administrative, and communication duties of the Clubhouse.
3. Employment + Education Unit
The goal of our employment program is to support member’s efforts to improve their financial well-being through employment and, when possible, become economically self-sufficient.
In addition, The Clubhouse offers the following services:
Social/Recreational Programs
Soft Skill Training
Career or Educational Planning
On-site Job Training and Job Coaching
On-site Mentoring
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings occur in the Employment Development and Policy Meetings.
CLUBHOUSE IN THE FUTURE
To meet the goals of our Strategic Plan, Footprint to Success will be adding new Clubhouse programs. Our intention is to create new programs that are in line with the fidelity of the Clubhouse Model. As such, we will be adding state-of-the-art technology to expand member’s understanding of and familiarity with new technologies.
